At Menya Accelerator, our workshops take place twice every month, each designed to equip young changemakers with the tools they need to thrive. One session focuses on academic and professional development, covering topics such as essay writing, SAT preparation, and grant acquisition strategies. The other session explores entrepreneurship and technical skills, including operational management for SMEs, financial planning, and business model innovation.

Curated in collaboration with our Alumni network, these expert-led sessions provide hands-on, practical experience in managing real-world challenges. More than just training, they create a space for skills exchange, peer learning, and meaningful connection with Burundian industry leaders and professionals.

At the intersection of knowledge and action, our workshops are building a new generation of resilient, opportunity-ready entrepreneurs.

  • The workshops provide participants with valuable, practical experience in managing various entrepreneurship-related responsibilities, equipping them with the skills to navigate challenges effectively.

  • By fostering learning communities, these workshops create an environment where participants are motivated to collaborate, share insights, and support one another in their entrepreneurial and opportunity search journeys.

  • The workshops promote networking, allowing participants to connect with like-minded individuals and industry professionals, thus expanding their professional circles and opening up new opportunities.
